What Is A Box Pleat Balloon Valance: A Box Pleat Balloon Valance is a soft, yet tailored treatment. Fullness is accomplished across the width of the valance by evenly spaced inverted pleats and at the bottom of the valance by adding extra fabric, which when pulled up creates balloons. Balloons average 18-20” in width with the pleats approximately 12”. For effect add a ruffle or trim at the bottom or use a contrasting fabric for the pleats.
In addition to box pleat balloon valances instructions, we also offer: box pleat valances patterns, box pleat balloon shade patterns, pinch pleat drapery patterns, rod pocket drapery patterns, roman shade patterns, parafold roman shade patterns, and scarf swag patterns.
